Merhaba arkadaşlar Profesyonel olması hasebiyle Hostgator.com dan 13 şubatta % 60 indirimle Wordpress Hosting paketi satın aldım, fakat 3 gündür bir türlü siteyi yeni hosta kuramadım. Evveliyatında hostgator hesabımı onaylamasına rağmen, admin paneli, dashboard hala görünmüyor, (Resimdeki gibi bir panel ekrana gelip yarım saniye sonra kayboluyor http://i.hizliresim.com/28DrmN.jpg )sadece bir wordpress manager butonu var ve ona tıkladığım zaman ise ftp hesabı şifresi oluşturdum sonrasında filezilla ile siteyi hostgator'un vermiş olduğu alana yükledim, fakat ortada bir database modülü olmadığı için bir türlü siteyi tamamen yeni hosta taşıyamadım, (siteyi ftp ye kurduğumda kendilerinin evvela otomatik wordpress kurulumu yaptığı dosyalardan config dosyasını yedeklerimi kurduğum siteme ekledim bu sefer de ortada db olmadığı için siteye giremedim) database konusunda açtığım ticket e aldığım cevap ise aşağıda, bu firma profesyonel olabilir belki de biz çok acemiyiz, Sanırım sorunlar devam ederse bir kaç gün içinde para iadesi taleb edeceğim.

Bu konuyu bilen arkadaşlardan Ne yapmam gerektiği konusunda yardım talep ediyorum.

For clarification, the mysql database is set to a remote host for hosting the WordPress site. This database is has intermittent connectivity with our host and this is causing the site to vanish. We can troubleshoot local mysql connections, but the remote database connections need to be maintained by the user. Please let us know if you have any further questions comments or concerns.

WordPress optimized hosting is meant to be a simplified interface to host WordPress sites and access to the tools
such as cPanel is not available. If you would like a hosting package that provides cPanel access, we offer those
with our shared hosting plans here at http://www.hostgator.com/shared or http://www.hostgator.com/cloud

If you'd prefer to stay with your WordPress optimized hosting package without cPanel,
you'll want to update your domain's nameservers to point it to your blog hosting package here.
The nameservers that you may set at your domain registrar were: xxx.hostgator.com and xxx.hostgator.com

Once the nameservers are updated, please allow up to 24-48 hours for the DNS changes to propagate.
When propagation for your domain has completed, you may log into the WordPress dashboard for your new blog by following the instructions below.

1) Log into https://portal.hostgator.com
2) Click on the Hosting tab
3) Select your site under the Optimized WordPress package that you have
4) Click on the gear icon next to your blog name
5) Click on Manage WordPress
