Sql Hatası Acil Yardım..

Merhaba arkadaşlar netten bulduğum bi scripti kurmak istedim fakat sql import ederken olup olmadık hatalar karşıma çıktı stockoverflow vb gibi yerlere baktım açıkçası pekte bişey anlamadım bilen arkadaşlar yardımcı olurlarsa çok sevinirim şimdiden teşekkürler. :)
