SoYouStart Boot Hatası

SoYouStart'dan gelen mail ile sunucumun Rescue modunda başlatıldığını öğrendim. Konu hakkında bilgim yok ve bir süre sonra şu mesaj geldi.

Netboot yaptıktan sonra reboot etmeme rağmen sunucuya erişim olmuyor. Bilen arkadaşlar lütfen yardım etsin. Kullanıcılarım 4 saattir erişemiyor sunuculara.
