Outlook.com limits the number of email messages a particular IP can send within a time period based on the IPs reputation. When an IP exceeds its sending limit, any further SMTP commands from the IP will receive error code 421 from Outlook.com and the connection will be terminated.

tam olarak ne anlama geliyor benim ip adresim not mitigate ne demek istiyor hangi adim atmaliyim?

İlk IP adreslerinde hala olumsuz durumlar yaşanmaya devam ediliyor veya çok büyük bir olay yaşanmış.

cevap icin cok tesekkurler, provider yeni ip adresi oldugundan bahsediyor fakat microsofta benin icerisinde bulundugum sonu 45 biten ip adresini not qualified olarak algiliyor.

yani baska ip adresimi talep etmeyelim, cunki ben sadece VPS sahibi olarak baska yapacak hic birseyim kalmadi gercekten. Hangi tarafta sorun yasaniyor anlamak istiyorum

Yeni IP de talep edebilirsiniz, IP'lerde mail serveri kuruluysa onu kaldırıp veya temiz çalışan mail sunucusu koyup tekrar deneyebilirsiniz.
