Veritabanına bağlanamıyor hocam. Vbulletin config'de bir hata ya da eksiklik yapmış olmalısın.

Ek Olarak: işte beyler şu kısma kadar yükleme ilerliyor buradan sonra hata veriyor ilk kez karşılaşıyorum bu hata ile hotstta ana dizinde sitem var bunu ise aynı hotta Hots/Forum dizinine kurmaya çalışıyorum
