Kullandığım temada hedaer yüksekliği fazla onu nasıl daraltırım?

hocam style.cs dosyanıza header nasıl tanımlı bilmiyoruz,
o dosyada padding değerleriyle oynayabilirsiniz.

style.css de bir tane padding değeri görünüyor o da sıfır (0)
