Hi,
I want to make some changes on my theme and I need your assistance about how to do that. Here is changes that I want to make it :

1)How to determine the post , make uppermost of my posts which is just got new comment. What I want to do is if one of my posts got new comment , that post will be uppermost of my homepage.
2)If my post's topic about some problem and after we resolved this problem I want to determine this post "[RESOLVED] Post Name" like this.
