Emrecany hocam sitede header.php yok sadece index.php var , aslında index php sayfasıda yoktu , bu tema html/css teması yani php kodlanmamış ben index.html dosyasının adını index.php yaptım daha sonra wordprese attım yazdığın kodu uyguladım gene çalışmadı , style.css dosyamda tema klasorünün içinde index.php ile aynı yerde
