bunu bir dener misiniz?

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community. I understand your concern be rest assured, we are here to help.
1. Did you make any changes to the computer before the issue occurred?
2. What exactly happens when you try to open word pad?
3. Which file type are you trying to copy from documents?
I would suggest you to try the steps provided below and check if it helps.
Method 1: Try to run [System File Checker] SFC scan on the computer which would scan for corrupt system files on the computer and replace them.

Method 2: Try to boot your system in safe mode and check if the same issue occurs.
Safe mode is a troubleshooting option for Windows that starts your computer in a limited state. Only the basic files and drivers necessary to run Windows are started.
Here is the link http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-10/get-to-safe-mode-and-other-startup-settings-in-windows-10#v1h=tab01
Method 3: If the issue does not exist in Safe Mode then try to set your computer in Clean Boot state.
By setting your system in clean boot state helps in identifying if any third party applications or startup items are causing the issue.
Refer this link: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/929135
Reset the computer back to Normal Mode once you are done with the troubleshooting by following the section "How to reset the computer to start normally after clean boot troubleshooting" from the same article.
