Barun siteniz nginx gösteriyor. Dolasıyla .htacces değilde nginx'de "enable" yani aktif olan dosyanınzdan https'e gelen yanıtları http'e yönlendrebilirsiniz. Yani 301 ile halledebilirsiniz.
