Arkadaşlar Epson firmasından aşağıdaki mail gelmiş bana ne diyor bu adamlar böyle.

We request that you, or your advisers, present an explanation in writing outlining your motivation for registering the Domain Name and/or indicating your agreement to a transfer of the Domain Name to us. Please make contact with us by replying to this email within 14 days.
If we do not hear from you or your advisers within the time period indicated above, we will take the view that you are unwilling to reach an informal resolution of this matter. Accordingly, unless we advise you that the matter is resolved at any point, please take notice that we reserve the right to seek appropriate relief against you. Please also note that you should not commence or continue any operations using the Domain Name for any commercial activity which may further infringe our intellectual property. Such activity would include (without limitation) operations which may confuse our customers into believing that any websites to which the Domain Name is pointed, or products featured on such websites, are sponsored, affiliated, or endorsed by us. We will monitor activity on the Domain Name in order to ensure that we are alerted should you take any such steps in violation of this notice.
Should you agree to transfer the Domain Name no further action will be taken against you regarding any domain names which you have transferred to us.

Anlaşma derken para ile bizemi sat diyor yoksa ne demek istiyor. Domainleri bizemi devret demek istiyor

Please note however that the Domain Names, epsonburn.com and epsoncdrobot.com, were registered without the consent of EPSON and remain unauthorised uses of the EPSON trademark. We would therefore repeat our request that you transfer the Domain Names to our ownership please, by unlocking them for transfer and providing us with their transfer authorisation codes.

Peki domainleri benden yasal olarak alma gibi birşey söz konusumudur. bu domainler boştaydı ben aldım kullanıyorum olmadı ürünlerini silerim yani böyle kanunda varmı? ve ne yapmam gerekiyor benim para karşılığı devredeceğimimi belirteyim ne diyeyim

Böyle bir hakları yok tabi ki istediğiniz isimde alan adı alma hakkına sahipsiniz fakat şirketin derdi içeriğiniz sanırım yani satışınız. Yarın Türkiye şubesiyle görüşmenizde yarar var. Ciddi konu. Çeviri için bir tercümanlık bürosuna bile başvurabilirsiniz. Sanırım bu işiniz bu yüzden boş vermeyin derim ben :)
